Description

We are 4 fired up people who have left a great career in the UK catering industry behind us in order to concentrate ourselves in creating an exceptional Auberge in Burgundy.

Bernadette, Dutch, has worked in Hongkong, Thailand, and in England in different management positions in several 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants.

Sabine, German, has worked in Germany, USA on 5 star de luxe cruiseships, and in the uK in different 4 and 5 star establishments she held different management positions.

Nick, English, has worked his whole life in the UK as chef and the last 4 years as Excecutive head chef in a 4 star hotel, Nick has also worked in different highly regarded restaurants in London.

Willem, has worked in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and the UK in different 4 and 5 star hotels. He held different management positions and last but not least as general manager.

Our objective is to develop our Mill with all our experience into an "Auberge that is different than others due to our great focus on QUALITY at a reasonable price, the warm welcome comes automatically as it our passion.
