Cancellation Policies

The booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 30% of the amount of the booking. This amount will be deducted at the end of the stay.
Booking is maintained until 6pm. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us.
All the rooms are non smoking.
In case of cancellation more than 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained until the end of the current year so you can arrange an alternative booking.
In case of a cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit.
In case of early departure, the reception must be told 24 hours in advance, if not the room will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
