Cancellation Policies

Deposit will be requested for:
- Bookings which duration is inferior or equal to 3 nights- 1 nights deposit
- Bookings which duration is 4 nights or more- 1/3 deposit of the total amount

In case of no deposit taken, 1 night will be debited in case of no show. In case of cancellation of reservation with deposit, it will be kept by the hotel.

In case of NOW Show, the hotel will charge 1 nights.
In case of late arrival, after 22:00, please contact directly the hotel to inform him and get the code for the door.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
