Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival. In case of late arrival or no-show, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit card.

Special reservation and cancellation policies during the 2007 congresses: Film Festival (16-25 May 2007), Midem (21 - 25 January 2007), MIPTV (16 - 20 April 2007), Mipcom (8 - 12 October 2007), Tax Free (22 - 26 October 2007), Mapic (14 -16 November 2007) ILTM (11 - 13 December 2007). Total prepayment required, the credit card will be debited immediately. Congress stays cannot be modified, and the prepayment will not be refunded. 4 nights minimum stay.
