Your credit card references are essential to guarantee your booking. Some of the information displayed on COMUNOTEL Website can be modified without advance notice. The following conditions applied to reservation of hotel accommodation.
1. Booking1.1 Any reservation made on COMUNOTEL Website, www.comunotel.com, is validated when you have been given a booking number. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you when you have filled in and validated the online registration form. The process is the same for Booking hotels booked on our Website www.comunotel.com.
1.2 All the photographs displayed on www.comunotel.com are not contractual.
2. Online Booking Payment Terms2.1. Joint liability: Any person booking on behalf of others is jointly and severally liable for the payment of the entire price of the stay.
2.2. Payment methods
Your credit card references are essential to guarantee your booking. Your card will not be debited. You will pay for your stay at the hotel. COMUNOTEL reserves the right to consider your booking cancelled if any fault is found with the credit card references transmitted for payment (incorrect number, lack of provision or others).
2.3. Guarantee Methods: The credit card information transmitted for your booking is protected by an approved encrypted and secured system. All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card:
- Visa
- Eurocard/MasterCard
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
2.4 COMUNOTEL is not responsible for any fees, such as variation of exchange rates or interbank fees, involved by transactions made with credit cards.
3. Price Modifications3.1. The prices displayed on the Website are applicable from the time of publication and are expressed in Euros, including all taxes and VAT.
3.2. The prices have been determined in terms of current economic conditions and the competition. These prices are only subject to modification in the event of the booking made being partially or fully changed by you.
4. Booking Modifications4.1. Online bookings made on www.comunotel.com can be modified by sending an email at info@comunotel.com indicating the booking number. A change in the reservation details will be considered to have been made in a booking in the following cases:
- extension or shortening of the duration of the stay.
- change of arrival or departure date.
- change in room type.
4.2. The price of a stay may increase following modifications requested by you and accepted by us. In this event, booking payment terms will remain the same. You will pay the total amount due at the end of your stay at the hotel desk.
4.3. Any change requested outside the indicated periods will amount to a cancellation and will give rise to cancellation costs.
4.4. COMUNOTEL can not be responsible for unavailability declared by the hotel after you have been sent confirmation of your reservation, with your booking number by email. In case of rehousing, the hotel commits to take in charge all the fees that your transfer may involve.
5. Partial or Total Cancellation by the ClientOnline bookings made on the Website www.comunotel.com must be cancelled by sending an email at info@comunotel.com indicating the booking number. Cancellation policies and conditions are specific to each hotel. COMUNOTEL is not responsible for any variation of exchange rates or interbank fees between the time of the reservation and the time of cancellation.
6. ResponsibilityCOMUNOTEL is responsible to you by rights for fulfilling its contractual obligations properly. However, COMUNOTEL may be exonerated from all or part of its responsibility if it presents proof that breach or incorrect execution of the contract is attributable either to you or to an unforeseeable and insurmountable fact pertaining to a third party unrelated to providing the services described in the contract, or to an act of God.
7 Complaints7.1. Complaints arising during your stay must be made in writing at the hotel so as to constitute proof for the host and must be sent by fax, email or post to COMUNOTEL. An amicable solution will be proposed to you immediately.
7.2. Complaints that have not been raised at the hotel and therefore have not been solved in the above manner may be communicated by registered letter sent to COMUNOTEL 63 rue Blomet 75015 Paris, France, no longer than 8 days following the end of your stay. This letter must specify the dates of the stay and the booking number.
8. Personal InformationPursuant to the Information Technology and Liberties law of January 6th 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object personal information concerning you. This right can be exerted by writing to our Marketing Department at the following address: COMUNOTEL 63, rue Blomet 75015 Paris, France, indicating your surname, first name and address. Any relation between the hotels listed on the Website www.comunotel.com and its clients is governed by French law.
9. Industrial Property RightsPersons using the website www.comunotel.com have no right to use the denominations, signs, emblems, logos or brand names such as www.comunotel.com, or the copyright work of the company in any context or situation whatsoever, and particularly for advertising or promotional purposes.
You may not include the services provided by us in any flat rate, batch or group of services that offer services that we consider liable to be to the detriment of COMUNOTEL’s image and, in particular, our services shall not be offered as any kind of promotional gift, as a bonus or in a raffle.
